Following an explosion at an analytical laboratory serving the mining industry located in Red Lake, a small town in Northern Ontario located 470 km from Winnipeg, Newtron Group was able to send out a project manager to assess the damage almost immediately.
The explosion, and subsequent fire and smoke, caused damage to over a hundred pieces of equipment. These items ranged from traditional office equipment, such as desktop computers and telephones, to more specialized pieces, like scales, industrial compressors, crushers and pulverizers.
Once the damage was assessed Newtron Group sent a team of skilled technicians to Red Lake to restore the items on-site. Newtron’s ability to ensure timely on-site service allowed for the items to be restored quickly and for the mine to be fully operational in the shortest time possible.
